Our story
EchoPsychology was founded in 2023 by a team of mental health professionals, technologists, and people with lived experience navigating the mental health system. We saw firsthand how difficult it could be to find the right therapist — long wait times, confusing insurance processes, and the challenge of finding someone who truly understands your needs.
We believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. That's why we built a platform that prioritizes your needs: transparent pricing, easy scheduling, secure sessions, and a diverse network of licensed therapists who are as committed to your wellbeing as we are.
